The charter begins with a run to proven reef systems, typically between 30 minutes to an hour from the dock, where we fish a combination of live bait, cut bait, and jigs. We typically recommend at least 6 hours for anglers dedicated to catching a full box of Red Snapper, but for those new to offshore fishing, we can absolutely catch fish for dinner on a 4 hour trip. Once back at the dock, we filet and bag your fish for you as part of our all-inclusive experience. The meat is firm, white, and mild, with a texture that holds up to grilling, frying, or baking, and many anglers consider it one of the best-eating fish in the Gulf.
